Salesforce help without a cloud in your sky

It all started when…

After years of software development, architecture and management, I took the plunge and dove into the Salesforce world, and I’ve never looked back to the shore once.

Graduating from Georgia Tech proved to me that I could do just about anything I set my mind to. I took that education to work at CAPS Logistics as a GIS Data Engineer and Software Developer and quickly became the “go to guy” for the stuff that really needed to get done right. From there, I went to Endress & Hauser, working on oil refinery and airport refueling automation and helped develop ways to integrate non-electronic physical hardware into mobile software, using early Bluetooth technology and earning a share of a patent on a system to refuel aircraft more quickly, to keep them in the air, where they keep making money. My next stop was BSI, where I learned a lot about the payroll processing world and advanced into a Product Architecture role, allowing me to influence the course of the product. From there, I managed a team of developers at eMag Solutions and simultaneously automated several internal processes using Salesforce, and then dove in head first into the Salesforce Consulting world at EnablePath.

It may have taken me a while, but I found my true calling at EnablePath as a Salesforce consultant. Salesforce can solve just about any problem in the world, and I love figuring out the solutions to those problems and building them for my customers. The platform is omni-present and incredibly powerful. As a Salesforce partner, I can help navigate the licenses and features of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, the Platform itself, AppExchange products, and an array of integration tools to get your business operations humming. As a Trailhead Ranger, I can help you disperse knowledge to your team and come up with a training plan to ensure your team is Lightning-savvy. However, my specialty has become working with clients on the care and feeding of their Salesforce org and their company over time. Every org is unique and individual, and the solutions and adjustments for each org should also be unique and individual. …which reminds me of a quote; “Always remember that you are absolutely unique. Just like everyone else.” (Margaret Mead)

Talk to you soon.
