It’s an agent!!!

Okay, I created an agent and put it on my website. It doesn’t do much, but you can get your case status and update cases this way without having to log into the Site. I’ll have some fun with it later, add some Easter Eggs or something, but for now I’ve got a toe-hold in the AI world. And yes, I know that nobody reads this, so this announcement means nothing, but it’s a marker for me to know when Rusty went live, so when he becomes sentient and he and I take over the world together, we now know when and where this started.
